We offer 24-hour nationwide service and Advanced Security customers can contact us anytime.

To keep our staff, other co-located contractors and our customers safe through these difficult times, we have a strict COVID-19 safety plan in place. This plan is regularly reviewed and updated, following the latest best-practice advice. 

Our safety plan has been developed to meet or exceed all Government guidance and requirements. It applies in conjunction with any local guidelines or directions onsite - with the most stringent rules taking precedent. 

Some of the standard precautions we follow include:

  • Access to personal protective equipment (PPE) for all staff who require it, including compulsory PPE use for all field staff when visiting customer sites
  • Use of QR codes and thorough contact tracing on all customer sites and across Advanced Group offices, including adhering to any additional site-specific sign in or sign out requirements
  • Maintaining social distancing, and regular hand washing and sanitisation, this includes regular cleaning of high-touch areas, tools and other work surfaces
  • Close health monitoring, when at work and at home

We know that as a nationwide physical security provider our systems are relied upon to keep our customers facilities secure. The security of both essential and non-essential businesses is deemed fundamental by the New Zealand Government. This means we're able to support all of our customers across the country throughout every COVID-19 alert level.
